1 : 1 Coaching
Your personal online coaching for your goals
1:1 Coaching is your personal guidance to your goals. Together, we work on where you want to go and what changes you desire. I provide you with methods to implement your desired actions and accompany you through every step. This way, you learn step by step to understand your needs, develop new solutions, and recognize your valuable resources. I work with mindfulness-based methods, movement, as well as methods of systemic conversation. Additionally, I also utilize role-playing, visualizations, or working with inner images within the 1:1 coaching sessions. I strategically and consciously employ methods to achieve specific goals.
Some of the methods I enjoy using in my coaching sessions include:
Reframing, miracle question, & circular questions
Systemic conversation utilizes powerful methods like reframing, the miracle question, and circular questions to open up new perspectives and explore complex situations.
Interventions
I deliberately use interventions to help my clients recognize dysfunctional behavioral patterns and replace them with functional ones.
Resource activation
In addition to focusing on problems, it is essential to recognize and strengthen individual resources. Methods for resource strengthening and consolidation are therefore always an important part of coaching with me.
Systemic structural constellations
A look into the social environment often provides important clues to the formation of obstructive beliefs on the path to the goal. Using coaching tools to visualize social relationships, we can explore and leverage them.
Inner team
I use the Inner Team to illustrate your different needs. For decision-making processes and conflicts, it is important to integrate the desires of all our inner parts.
Mindfulness exercises
Breathing techniques, meditations, and visualizations help strengthen mindfulness, allowing for better awareness of the body and emotions. This not only helps reduce stress but also enables you to access your goals and recognize your behavioral patterns.

Apply for a free initial consultation. Send me an email or feel free to call, and we’ll schedule an appointment. The initial consultation has a clear goal: to understand your concerns and define how I can best support you on this journey.
Initial consultation
After we’ve gotten to know each other, you’ll make a decision about what your next steps should be.
1 : 1 Coaching
We’ll meet online via Zoom in your completely personal space to work on your goals.
Between sessions
Upon request, I also accompany you between individual sessions via WhatsApp and provide you with exercises to do at home, allowing you to continue your work between sessions.
