Today we are talking about ‘survival mode’, a state of the nervous system that wants to protect you, but at the same time limits your potential and prevents you from achieving your true goals. I share with you the reasons for this survival mode, as well as methods on how you can free yourself from it. At the end, another small exercise awaits you today.
